The set it and forget it, you don't need to think about on daily basis, once it is configured to updates antivirus antispam and definitions quite often to ensure that as little as possible spam gets through, false positives are very rare. There is really not much to dislike, the interface has what it needs and the system works, not much to tweak either but the again the people at SpamTitan really seams to know what they are doing. I initially tested other vendor systems and found them to be lacking in terms of not filtering all types of internet searches. When testing WebTitan, I have never experienced a problem where filtering does not work for both web searching and image provision. What do you like best about WebTitan Web Filter? The best part of WebTitan for us is the interface. Where the Umbrella interface had been ""modernized"" to make it more ""visually appealing"" it also made it very annoying to use for quick info. The WebTitan interface lets me login, check all the blocked traffic for the day, and log back out faster than I could even get the view filters set in Umbrella. Recommendations to others considering WebTitan Web Filter: If you want to log in quickly, check the blocklist, and get out without wasting a lot of time, this is great. You can start a trial to see if it works for you. What problems is WebTitan Web Filter solving and how is that benefiting you? The Umbrella interface had become so time-consuming to work with that we just stopped bothering unless there was an emergency. With WebTitan, the interface is so quick to navigate and scroll through the info I need that I have started logging in several times a day to check on things quickly. This has drastically improved our response time to potential issues with clients.

What do you like best about WebTitan Web Filter? WebTitan is practical to move, what I like most is the speed in the synchronism of the users and the function of the Cloud Key. But it happens to few.

I'm very pleased with the product overall. The purchase and deployment was smooth and had very little issues. Ease of deployment can be done with on premises relay or via agent install. The deployment and setup can be done in minutes and pushed out via RMM.

WebTitan Integration with my Active Directory Server is a game changer for me

What do you like best about WebTitan Web Filter? I am able to set access policies that fit each user and fit different groups. I have a lot of control when used in conjunction with my router DNS settings and my Active Directory server. The age ranges using our computers is from 9 to 43 so being able to customize and group at the same time saves a tremendous amount of oversight effort and leaves enough flexibility to meet all our needs. What do you like best about WebTitan Web Filter? The granular control it allows you to have over what people can and cannot access is unlike any other product I have used or evaluated. Being able to tie into Active Directory groups is great. Their support is extremely helpful when needed. What problems is WebTitan Web Filter solving and how is that benefiting you? Total web access control and logging for my users. We have a very wide range of web access needs where some users have ALL internet access blocked other than a whitelist. And some have all web access allowed other than a blacklist. And some just get wide open web access. I can accomplish that for everyone and still get all traffic logged and reports generated for visibility.
