I like WebTitan's ease of configuration and the simplicity of the product.
I don't dislike anything. The product was simple to set up and works well. We modified the block screen but that was about it.
With WebTitan, we are denying DNS resolution to known compromised or malicious sites was not part of our security strategy. We secure our network using Firewalls, IDS/IPS, Antivirus and AntiMalware and now DNS filtering.
