We swapped from a mainstream competitors product just over a year ago to SpamTitan. The system works well keeping viruses & spam at bay while giving us access to check for false positives (I'm not sure there have been any!). When we've needed help to make any changes the support team have jumped on it quickly and efficiently. We have had a very good experience with SpamTitan indeed, I really cannot fault the product or their service.
