We switched to SpamTitan from a previous competitive spam solution as an MSP. We've found the SpamTitan product to be simple to deploy, easy to administer, and the support has been very good and responsive.
As an MSP, we are offering SpamTitan to multiple clients in order to reduce spam volume and offer additional email protection, particularly to Office 365 clients.
